Take 5 Oil Change

C P a month ago

This shop needs help and a better system. Of doing things. 3 people on one car. Do better take 5. I've been to other locations with only one person on duty and they did way better and faster. It's not the employees fault there's no system in place.

Went for a oil change they explained all 3 options they had. They checked my tire pressure and my cabin filters. The gentleman working there were great they explained everything to you but didnt make you feel pressured to purchase anything other than the oil change if you didnt want to.

I waited over 2 hours in the bay for my oil change. There were only two cars total in the bays when I pulled up. One of the two young men working had only been there for a few days. The other appeared to have received absolutely no training. The manager was called in. He was gruff and unhappy about being there. Atleast I was able to get my oil changed once he had finished the car ahead of me. I had already paid and in the bay with my hood up. I was requesting a refund when the manager arrived. Stayed because it was the only day I had before going out of state.

Came in wanting a simple oil change and was told I would spend 50-100 ended up spending 125, once I left I immediately had a check engine oil light and drove it straight home; once home I checked the oil and it was severely dark and I was short a quart as well as getting 2 codes 0012 and 0021. Had too change it myself to avoid further car trouble and engine oil issues; gave me more issues than I had before and will never be coming back.

These guys are awesome and so professional. Very knowledgeable and I loved that they were informative in telling me everything they were doing every step of the way. Will be returning for my oil changes
